Suspect sentenced to life for the murder of detective Brian Moore

Demterius Blackwell, the suspect charged with homicide of the late detective first grade, Brian Moore in May 2015 has been sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. The sentence was announced on Tuesday, December 19 at 11am in Queens Criminal Court in Kew Gardens.
