Suspect convicted of stealing singer John Legend s luggage at JFK

Agustin Hilario, 64 of Corona was convicted of stealing luggage of well known nationwide singer, John Legend's luggae that contained items worth more than $30,000. Hilario's sentencing is scheduled next month and heading to prison for 7 years. The incident happened on March 17 at the JFK terminal 4 when it was unattended. Surveillance video picked up Hilario and further investigation resulted his arrest.
