Suspect busted for smashing subway windows

Police arrested a suspect for breaking subway windows after a witness called cops at the Columbus Circle on August 28 around 7:30pm. The suspect identified as Queens resident, Joseph Martinez is still under questioning for 50 windows damaged. During his arrest, three windows were damaged. The damages are caused by kicking the windows. The MTA is offering $12,500 for more details.
