Suspect arrested for rape and robbery in Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill - Police reported a suspect, Donovan Fenton, 17 of Bedford-Stuyvesant has been arrested on Saturday, May 6 around 11:40am in Richmond Hill. Fenton went inside a discount store and forced a 50 year old woman to the basement after displaying a knife. From there, the woman was forced into oral sex and then sex. Afterward, Fenton took cash from the register and took off. The woman has called her friend after telling Fenton to leave earlier and kept the line open. When the friend heard the commotion, she called 911. Denton was picked up near the store when the victim matched his description. Fenton has been charged with rape, sex assault, possession of weapon and robbery. Fenton has been arrested eight times before. Reported 3pm.
