Suspect arrested for pushing an 82 year old woman on to subway track in Flushing

Police arrested a suspect wanted for pushing a woman, 82 years old onto the subway tracks in Flushing. This incident occurred on October 2 before noon when the suspect shoved the victim onto to the tracks at the Flushing Main Street station.

Police stated this was a random attack as the victim did not know the suspect.

The alleged suspect, Harris Brandon, 35 was charged with attempted murder and assault.

The woman is in stable condition at a hospital.
