Suspect arrested for arson in the parking lot of Hempstead

Police arrested Bernadino Jocon, 29 and charged with arson. The incident happened on May 31 around 10pm in the parking lot of 10 Jerusalem Avenue in Hempstead. The fire was knocked down and police arrested Jocon near the lot after investigation.
