Supreme court upholds the rent for tenants

Newyork State supreme court ruled to uphold the rent for tenants of NewYork City. Supreme court rule based on lawsuit filed against Rent Guidelines Board(RGB) rule last July, by Rent Stabilization Association(RSA).RSA officials were disappointed with the supreme court rule RSA officials were disappointed with the supreme court rule while city officials were happy.
