Suicidal EDP on the loose by GCP in Glen Oaks

Police are reporting an EDP walked from Little Neck Parkway and Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks blocking traffic on Grand Central Parkway by attempting to cross the busy road. The EDP is described as male, black, raggedy clothes. EMS transported the EDP to a local hospital.
