Suffolk County cop busted for sexual assault

West Babylon - Officer Christopher McCoy with Suffolk County police is suspended without pay for the accusation of sexual assault of a woman. The incident happened in March 16 when a woman was arrested for traffic violations. The woman reported to FBI of sexual assault the next day when McCoy sent her unwanted text messages. Also, the woman has filed $40 million dollar lawsuit with the 1st Precinct on Tuesday, May 17. In the suit, the woman stated McCoy allegedly fondled her breast and then forced her to give oral sex in the interrogation room. Another officer, Michael Pav who was with McCoy didn't report the incident. Suffolk County police and FBI are investigating the incident. Reported 12pm.
