Success Academy purchased two lots on Hillside Avenue

The lot, 153-01/09 and 153-02/12 consisting of 305,000 square feet on Hillside Avenue in Jamaica was sold for $30 million to Success Academy. The school is a NYC based charter school.

This is $100 per square feet.

The lot will be developed to expand the educational presence in Queens.
