Subway pilot program seems working but some customers still throw junks in stations

On Thursday, August 6, MTA stated to the media of removing trash cans since 2011 seems working as expected. Riders while looking for trash cans to dispose will carry them to the streets and dispose in waste baskets for Dept of Sanitation to pick up.
