Stores are boarding up preparing for looters

Despite curfew in NYC, local businesses all around NYC are boarding up their stores with wood preparing for the worse. After Soho in Manhattan and Fordham in the Bronx where looters destroyed stores, other areas including Queens are boarding up. According to local businesses, they stated they are not taking chances regardless of what the situation is. The mayor stated that New Yorkers should come out of their homes and go talk to the looters, be nice to them and tell them not to riot or loot. Then go home before the curfew. On 13,000 National Guard standing by, the mayor stated, "We do not need, nor do we think it is wise for the National Guard. Someone needs a history lesson. When armed forces go into the city neighborhoods, no good comes out of it. I appreciate them deeply, but they are not trained."
