Stop and Shop shooting suspect pleaded not guilty in Long Island

The Nassau County DA’s office reported the West Hempstead shooting suspect inside the Stop and Shop has pleaded guilty. Gabriel DeWitt Wilson pleaded not guilty to all charges after he appeared in court on Friday. The incident shocked Long Island on April 20 after one dead and multiple victims with bullets lodged inside. Wilson remains without bail. The dead victim, Ray Wishropp, 49 was working at the time as the manager. Three others were wounded from the shooting. His next court date is in July.
