State police in canandaigua investigate a car vs E bike fatal collision

On November 11, 2024, at approximately 4:55 p.m., troopers from SP Canandaigua responded to State Route 332 in the town of Farmington for a car vs E-bike fatal.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2019 Honda Civic operated by Analise L. Winterberger, age 24, of Rochester, NY, was traveling north on State Route 332 when it struck an E-bike operated by Donna Giambertone, age 61, of Pittsford, NY, while she was crossing the northbound lane. The Giambertone was pronounced deceased at the scene. Winterberger was not injured.

This is an ongoing investigation.
