State Police in Troop G make notable DWI arrests 12 5 12 11

On November 1, 2024, at about 3:13 a.m. State Police of Mayfield responded to the reports of an injured woman in the area of Tanner Road in Hope, NY.  The investigation led to the discovery of an unoccupied vehicle that crashed off the roadway into a creek in the Creek Road area of Hope, NY.  The alleged driver of that vehicle was located at a residence on Hope Falls Road and identified as Elizabeth Ryan, 45, of Piseco, NY. Ryan was evaluated there and transported to the hospital for injuries sustained during the crash.

On December 5, 2024, at approximately 10:29 p.m., State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on Kaydeross Avenue E. in Saratoga Springs, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.  The driver was identified as Amber Sisson, 39, of Saratoga Springs, NY.  A child under the age of 16 was also located in the vehicle.  Sisson was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. 

On December 7, 2024, at about 9:44 p.m., State Police of Fonda stopped a vehicle on State Route 5S in Glen, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.  The driver was identified as Jeremy M. Arnold, 28, of Fonda, NY.  Arnold was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations

On December 8, 2024, at about 12:37 a.m. State Police of Cobleskill responded to a one-car crash off the roadway in the area of Mineral Springs Road in Cobleskill, NY.  The driver was uninjured and identified as John J. Wilson, 33, of Cobleskill, NY.  Wilson was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On December 9, 2024, at about 6:35 p.m., State Police of Wilton responded to the report of a vehicle off the roadway in the area of Traver Road in Wilton, NY.  The driver was uninjured and identified as Diane L. Larouech, 62, of Gansevoort, NY.  Larouech was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On December 10, 2024, at about 2:01 a.m. State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on I-87 in Malta, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.  The driver was identified as Michael J. Hickey, 33, of Troy, NY.  Hickey was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. 

On December 11, 2024, at about 5:36 p.m., State Police of Wilton responded to the reports of a one-car crash off the roadway in the area of South Shore Road in Hadley, NY.  The vehicle driver denied injuries and was identified as April L. Allen, 50, of Hadley, NY. Allen was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On December 11, 2024, at about 6:16 p.m., State Police of Princetown stopped a vehicle on Pangburn Road in Duanesburg, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.  The driver was identified as Harold Sukram, 55, of Schenectady, NY.  Sukram was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On December 11, 2024, at about 9:24 p.m., State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol responded to the reports of a two-car crash on I-87 in Colonie, NY. The investigation determined a vehicle being driven by Emmanuel RosarioEchevarria, 30, of Clifton Park, NY, rear-ended another vehicle.  RosarioEchevarria denied injuries and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.
