State Police arrest two following Wilton traffic stop

On March 10, 2025, State Police assigned to the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit, with the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Jaheim T. Gadsen Marble, 37, of Schenectady, NY, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Conspiracy in the fourth degree.

Abel O. Garcia Romano, 28, of Albany, NY, was also arrested for Conspiracy in the fourth degree and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On March 10, 2025, at about 3:25 p.m., Troopers stopped a vehicle on I-87 in Wilton, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. Garcia Romano was identified as the driver, and Gadsen Marble as the passenger. With the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office K9, the investigation discovered felony-weight narcotics secreted on Gadsen Marble which he concealed. Garcia Romano allegedly had knowledge that Gadsen Marble was in possession of the drugs.
