State Police arrest three following Hope Burglary investigation

On October 16, 2024, State Police of Fonda arrested Molly Green, 39, of Stillwater, NY, Tyler J. Nash, 28, of Hope, NY, and Joseph M. Rogoski, 36, of Hagaman, NY, each for Burglary in the second degree.

On October 12, 2024, at about 3:00 p.m., Troopers received a report of a past burglary at a home in Hope, NY. The investigation determined Green, Nash, and Rogoski entered the unoccupied home in October 2024 without permission and stole multiple items from within.

Nash and Rogoski were arrested in Hope, NY, and Green was arrested in Mayfield, NY. All three were transported to SP Fonda for processing. They were arraigned at the Benson Town Court. Nash was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility without bail. Green was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail and Rogoski for $5,000 bail.
