State Police arrest Stillwater man following Burglary investigation

On February 26, 2025, State Police of Saratoga arrested Matthew Malinoski, 39, of Stillwater, NY, for Burglary in the third degree and Petit Larceny.

On February 13, 2025, at about 4:01 a.m. Troopers received a complaint of a theft from a Stillwater, NY home.  The investigation determined that on the evening of February 12, 2025, Malinoski, who was unknown to the victim, entered the unoccupied home without permission and took multiple items.

Malinoski was arrested and processed at SP Saratoga. He was then arraigned at the Saratoga Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
