State Police arrest Johnstown man for rape

On March 18, 2025, State Police of Fonda arrested William M. Fox, 52, of Gloversville, NY, for two counts of Rape in the second degree. 

On January 27, 2025, Troopers received information pertaining to past sexual abuse of a child.  The investigation determined Fox allegedly had repeated sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 15 over the course of three years while in the town of Johnstown, NY, and Mayfield, NY.
