State Police arrest Greenfield man for possessing child exploitation material

On September 9, 2026, State Police of Wilton, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested Brandon V. Quintana, 32, of Greenfield, NY, for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “D” felony, Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class “E” felony.

Quintana is accused of promoting and possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. His arrest followed an investigation and the execution of a search warrant at his residence in Greenfield, NY, on July 30, 2026. During the execution of the warrant, Quintana barricaded himself in a room within the home and allegedly attempted to destroy evidence on electronic devices.
