Stabbing updates so far in Queens

Just now, heavy police activity on Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights reporting a dispute turned into stabbing. This is by 80th Street. EMS is working to transport the victim to a local hospital. Several witnesses say the dispute started on the corner deli and spilled to the streets. Police are working on crowd control.

Several witnesses say the victim was stabbed by a migrant after refusing to offer a cigarette.

This is the second incident in Jackson Heights. This morning around 5am, a dispute turned into assault involving weapons in the vicinity of 81st Street and 37th Avenue.

Last night around 11pm, the same incident occurred at Union Turnpike Kew Garden Station where a victim was slashed.

Another dispute turned into stabbing in Woodside in the vicinity of 68th Street and 43rd Avenue.

Despite adding more police in transit, subway crimes are at all time high.

All incidents are under investigation.
