Springfield Blvd closed after one shot

Police have closed off Springfield Blvd and 141 Street after a male was shot by a suspect. The victim was shot twice in the leg. This is on the southbound side. EMS is working to transport the victim to Jamaica Hospital. This is near the Belt Parkway. Ongoing investigation.
