Special Counsel of DOJ issued a press statement

Mueller announces the special counsel office of the Dept of Justice is closing and he is resigning. The total reported cost of the Special Counsel?s investigation through September 2018 was $25,215,853.00. More tax payer funds are needed for continuance for solutions but won't pursue further. Mueller quoted, "We concluded that we would not reach a determination one way or the other about whether the President committed a crime. That is the office?s final position, and we will not comment on any other conclusions or hypotheticals about the President?
Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Mueller statement: "The Congress will continue to investigate and legislate to protect our elections and secure our democracy. The American people must have the truth."
