Southern State Parkway is a mess

Police closed off two lanes on the Southern State Parkway eastbound by Exit 19, Pennisula Blvd reporting an unauthorized truck hit the overpass. Delays are back to the Belt Parkway and Cross Island Parkway. ESU is working on the scene. Heavy delays all around.
