Somebody picked the wrong train to vent anger

Over the weekend, a black man in his 30's yelled on Number 7 train near LIC which was going west with the following message, "“I’m f---ing tired of f---ing Mexicans like you because I pay my taxes and you don’t pay nothing,”. \
