This is on the Waldbaum's bulletin board in the Glen Oaks shopping lot where a customer who did not want the coupon posted for others to consider. Many throw them away but this may take notice for some to reconsider thinking it may bring good luck in the future. After all, its a free coupon comes with purchase to make people keep coming back to buy more and more.
