Snatched cash from pocket

On Thurs., 5/1/25, at approx. 2:45 AM, in the vicinity of Britton Ave & Hampton St, the individual was traveling on a bicycle & did ask the victim if he wanted a drink before snatching cash from the victim's pant pocket.
