NY governor over rode NYC mayor's plan to pause indoor dining due to COVID spike over 3%. The mayor did admit if the positivity rate is above 2%, indoor dining will not happen. While the mayor was gearing to announce earlier today, he received a message the governor decided there will not be a pause for indoor dining unless he says so. Then the mayor did say indoor dining will go as scheduled during today's press brief. The indoor dining at 25% is all set to go tomorrow, September 30.
