Single crash on the CIP northbound divider

Cross Island Parkway northbound at Union Turnpike Exit in Bellerose is closed due to a single crash with entrapment on the divider. The driver hit the divider after involving two other vehicles in the accident. Two lanes closed on the westbound for emergecy personnel. A witness stated this was a result of road rage after side swiping another vehicle.

Heavy delays all around.
