Silent developers are crawling Nassau Queens border

After local Assembly and Senate members approved more bills without much fanfare, the Queens Nassau County border is slowly heading to transformation. Eight hotels have been approved for construction by the UBS Arena as bitty bitty adding convention events due to the nearest international airport. Shuttle buses are golden investments that bidders have applied to by entertaining the political leaders. Best one is a mall that is scheduled to start construction with retailers lining up. Slowly, more and more long timers are selling their locations for lands at higher margin rate for maximum profits.

One is a diner that's been a fixture in Bellerose for over fifty years on Jericho Turnpike near Commonwealth Blvd. The Triple Crown Diner is closing doors this Sunday. Although the diner tenant has lease, the building owner has not responded.

On Covert Avenue in Floral Park, a half acre commercial lot is now demanding $2.5 million. An AirTrain is also in the plan as more details will be announced.

So how do you get involve? Just setup networking events and invite the local community along with politicians by spending money. Then get more info and invest around. It's that simple.

The bottom line is long time retailers especially restaurants are seeing increase in their businesses due to the UBS arena expansion by the Nassau Queens border.
