Signs were removed after complaints on a busy corner

The corner of Union Tpke and Little Neck Parkway where 7-11 is located and its adjacent building had few different signs of its tenants. City summoned the owner to remove them since they do not possess the proper permit. The first offense is $600 per sign and there were 4 of them. All are removed and now the building owner decided to go to court and fight the offense by taking a chance for appeal or reducing the fine.
