Sidewalk violations and liens to be dismissed in NYC

NYC officially announced all pending including past violations for sidewalk damages from city trees will be dismissed immediately without effect. At the same time, liens related to sidewalk damages from city trees will be removed. In order to do this, a letter of affidavit along with the violation or copy of lien must be mailed to NYC Dept of Finance.
