Shooting in South Ozone Park with one dead and one arrest

Police are at 104th Street and 104th Avenue reporting gun shoot outs in South Ozone Park. Two people shot with one dead. Two suspects took off in a vehicle that also struck several civilians who were attending a barbecue party. The vehicle was abandoned and suspects took off on foot. The perp was apprehended at 107th Avenue and 111th Street where the first person was shot. The other perp is at large where police reported the second shot was on 104th Street and 104th Avenue. Ongoing investigation.
