A real estate agent, Preet has opened up a day care center in Bellerose soliciting children for enrollment with ads. According to the office of city's Dept of Health, Bureau of Day Care and NYS Division of Licensing, there are no official records of Shining Little Stars Day Care nor any names associated with Preet. \
