Serious injuries after accident in Elmont

Police have closed the intersection of Dutch Broadway and Elmont Road in Elmont after one vehicle struck multiple pedestrians including children and flipped upside down.

Multiple EMS are on the scene along with firefighters checking on injured.

Ongoing investigation.
