September 11 memorial is a go in NYC

September 11 in downtown Manhattan is not canceled. Everything will go on as usual to honor the fallen heroes. The only change is instead of family members reading names out loud, it will be recorded and announced at each interval. Families, friends and relatives can still attend the event by practicing social distancing. This year will mark the 19th year from 2001 after terrorist attack in NYC. Also, there will be 6 moments of silence during the event which will start early morning on that day.
