Second wave shut down coming to NYC

Indoor dining, gyms in NYC likely to close in the next week or two says the NYC mayor. The mayor says 7 day average is at 3.01% compared to the daily average at 2.36%.

The likely closure is followed by nail salons, hair salons, etc.

Public schools will likely to remain remote learnings until December 31.

Another shutdown NYC is heading the way.

The good part is protests can continue.

NY Governor will make his announcement later today. The governor is very upset at NYC sheriffs for no enforcement inside homes if more than 10 people are present if called by rats during Thanksgiving week.
