Second set of winners announced by the governor

The NY governor announced the second set of winners for vaxxing. The program, Get a Shot to Make Your Future for going to CUNY or SUNY instead of private or Ivy League. This includes room and board. The taxpayer will pay for the 2 year to 4 year as scholarship.
