Second motorcyclist dead today

Police are at Broadwalk and Beach 49th Street reporting a motorcyclist dead from crash. This is in Edgemere, Rockaways in Queens.

Earlier today, Northern Blvd and Addison Lane in Greenvale was closed after a motorcyclist died from the crash involving a landscape truck. This happened around 9am.

Both investigations are ongoing.

Update - The Queens incident reported the motorcycle had a passenger who later died after colliding with a rollerblader. The motorcyclist took off. Police are now searching for the motorcyclist, male, black.
