Scooter company Revel is back in NYC

Staring tomorrow, the scooter company, Revel will be operative in NYC. The new safety features are helmet selfies which must be working camera, tracking system to monitor riders from going the wrong way and use of public parks. To resume, all riders must pass 21 question in-app test. Any violations will lead to one week suspension. More than one violation will result in permanent suspension.
