Say hello to Kimi inside the Queen DA office

Kimi, a 2 year old golden retriever/Labrador retriever mix has been hired by the Queens District Attorney's Office today as a facility dog. Kimi will offer companionship and comfort to the victims of crimes especially domestic violence and witnesses. Kimi underwent training and is provided by Canine Companios, the first at a DA's office.

Canine Companions is a nonprofit organization that provides service dogs to individuals and organizations at no cost. The organization has placed more than 8,000 dogs since its founding in 1975.
