Saturday night fight in Bellerose leads to investigation

On Saturday, September 24 around 2am, police were called to Jericho Turnpike and Commonwealth Blvd reporting a fight among group of males. Two males were beating another one on the sidewalk and took off. A witness called 911 and the male was taken to hospital. One perp was questioned on Little Neck Parkway and 87th Avenue. No details on the second perp. The investigation is ongoing. Also, police wouldn't disclose what caused the fight.
