SUV hit a wall on the VWE southbound

Police report 2 lanes closed on the Van Wyck Expressway southbound by Rockaway Blvd Exit. This is a single vehicle, an SUV that hit the wall and went up. No reason why. EMS is checking on the people from the vehicle. Heavy delays all around.
