Rosedale man was arrested first for posing as fake cop and then the raid at his home

Police reported Kevin Nugent whro was arrested for fake uniforms of FBI and other law enforcement was in the middle of traffic wearing one while attempted to pull over a civilian using fake police sirens. Once police pulled over his vehicle, they found him wearing fake uniform, fake badge, handcuffs, knife, baton and other items. Nugent told cops it was all for Halloween but police didn't believe his story. A warrant was executed and more fake items were found at his home much to neighbor's shock.
