Rosedale is the location of the new 116th Precinct planned

NYPD 116th Precinct - The location is Rosedale near LIRR station. The announcement was made on May 3rd, 2016 and on May 1st, 2017, location was selected at Rosedale. That's the only update in one year. The $70 million dollars for the new precinct is committed but not set aside. The station will cover Laurelton, Rosedale, Brookville and Spring Gardens. Additional details were not provided such as when will construction starts. At the moment, 105th Precinct is handling both north and part of south east Queens. pic by Google of 105th Pct.
