Roosevelt Avenue up there spikes calling for help

As of Monday, an average of 8 victims were robbed inside the 7 line train from Sunnyside, Woodside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst to Corona during rush hour.

Despite the Mayor working to crack down on prostitution on the streets of Roosevelt Avenue along with illegal vendors, victims are being robbed during subway rides. Those who reported to the police stated all incidents had suspects with weapons.

Now locals are demanding more police presence inside the 7 line and the Mayor's Office has not responded.

Beside robberies, there were multiple victims of sexual attacks on a daily basis pleading for cops but fell on deaf ears.

The local elected officials are not responding to the incidents since most will demand more fundings to add programs instead of arrests and convictions.

So overall, the hard working people need to watch out for themselves during the holidays.
