Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn NY vs Andrew M Cuomo Governor of NY

Just before midnight on the night before Thanksgiving, the Supreme Court blocked New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo from enforcing attendance limits at religious services. The vote is 5-4, with Roberts and the three liberals dissenting.

This is what Cuomo said during today's press calls, Supreme Court decision doesn't affect percentage capacity limits in houses of worship, i.e. below 25-50% capacity required, nor social-distancing/mask requirements. He also says restrictions on attendance at religious service are politically motivated and irrelevant.
