Robbery in Bellerose Terrace

The Third Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 3:15 a.m. in Bellerose Terrace. 

According to detectives, a male victim, 46, stopped for gas at the Mobile Gas Station located at 240-40 Jericho Turnpike. Before the victim could get out of his car an unknown suspect approached his vehicle. He pointed what appeared to be a silver firearm wrapped in a blue bandana at the victim and demanded his jewelry. The victim complied and the suspect fled eastbound on foot towards the Cross Island Parkway. 

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black sneakers.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above listed crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or to call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
