Robberies from highway to cabbies in Queens

Yesterday around 6:30pm, police reported an armed robbery on the LIE eastbound. Two suspects in a black Audi SUV rear ended a vehicle. Both vehicles pulled over after the Midtown Tunnel to check for damages and exchange insurance information. Instead the driver was robbed at gunpoint. Police reported there were two suspects, males, black.

On December 12 around 5am, a cab driver was robbed in Ridgewood. This is on Seneca Avenue. Three suspects, males, Hispanic took off after robbing the victim at gunpoint in a green Ford Explorer. This is the same suspects wanted for armed robberies in the vicinity for the last two weeks.
