Road rage on LIE leads to stabbing

Police are on Long Island Expressway westbound at Maurice Avenue reporting one person stabbed during road rage. The victim, a cab driver was taken to Elmhurst Hospital after being stabbed in the leg. The perp is a male, Hispanic, about 5'9" took off on westbound driving a gray Honda with NY license plates. It happened around 8:30am during rush hour. Ongoing investigation.
